The last remaining office space at The Building, situated at 578-586 Chiswick High Road in Chiswick, W4, has been let. The announcement was made by IVG Institutional Funds GMBH, which is represented by the international real estate advisement companies Savills and Altus Edwin Hill, with the last tenants of The Building being MarketOne Europe LLP.
MarketOne Europe LLP is a market leader when it comes to outsourced demand generation and lead management and has signed up for a ten-year lease on as much as 10,162 square feet of office space. They are set to pay an annual lease of no less than £279,455, which ultimately works out at around £27.50 per square foot of space leased.
“With its high quality and flexible office space, combined with a prime position in the heart of Chiswick, The Building has proved to be a great success,” says the associate director at Savills, Andrew Wilcock. “MarketOne Europe joins a number of other established corporate names including Television Versioning & Translation Ltd, Taleo, and Broadcast Text International.”
MarketOne Europe LLP was advised on the agreement to lease the space in The Building by Frost Meadowcroft. The building, which is located at the gateway to the very successful Chiswick Park, was developed by BAM before being forward sold to IVG Institutional Funds GMBH four years ago back in 2007. It completed construction in 2008.
