A new business centre offering executive office space in London is already nearing full capacity, despite having been open for just three months. After just over ninety days of operation, since opening on 16th August, the business centre in Marylebone is already at 90% occupancy.
The office provider centre, operated by professional office provider company, i2 Office, on lease from Howard De Walden Estates, features four floors worth of fully serviced executive office-space located in the heart of the busy London area on Devonshire Street. The building is actually a fully refurbished Georgian property, with two wood-panelled boardrooms and 2 x 100MB of leased line connectivity.
