MERJS has successfully let the ground floor of its commercial property London office space location at 6 Duke Street. Popular fitness company Ten Pilates were the successful tenants, who have acquired the lease for the whole of the ground floor of the property, which comprises two thousand, four hundred and eighteen square feet (or two hundred and twenty four square metres). The tenancy is for twelve months and comes with a full repairing and insurance lease. It seems that the company will be using the commercial property for one of its fitness studios, rather than as office space.
