We have a variety of flexible offices in non-branded period style buildings. Our offices are flexible as the initial agreement can be from as little as 3 months to a maximum of 12 months, at any one time. Also the contractual agreement that we use is a single page, 2 sided document. One side sets out the basic terms such as location, monthly licence fee, licence duration and the other side sets out the do’s and don’ts.
You will find a selection of the offices available below, however please contact us with your specific requirements if you cant find exactly what you are looking for.
A flexible office is an office where the occupants aren’t tied down by a lengthy lease, but where there’s flexibility in the amount of time an office can be used.
In a business population survey carried out by the Federation of Small Businesses in 2010, they estimated that there we approximately 4.5 million private sector enterprises in the UK. Of these 4.5 million, 99.2% had between 0 – 49 employees.
How many of these companies want to be held down by a long lease that doesn’t adapt to their company’s growth? Not many, which is why Reflex is proud of being able to offer flexible offices that help small businesses when they’re in their most vulnerable stage.
History of London
Each area of London has its unique history that’s waiting to be discovered and it’s always something we look out for when choosing an office location. Over the course of London’s history there have been numerous events that have helped shape the culture and direction of the area, such as the Great Fire of London (1666), the Great Plague (1665 – 1666) and World War 2 (1939 – 1945).
However our favourite history of London resides in the areas where our offices are located. For example Winston Churchill used to be a resident of Bruton Street. William Blake was born on Broadwick Street in 1757. Gertrude Stein and the Bloomsbury Group resided in Bloomsbury Square, with the first higher education college for women being established in Bedford Square in 1849.
Our aim is to discover these interesting historical facts surrounding our offices to help you experience the pleasure of working amongst the history of London.

Contact Reflex to find more information about our flexible offices. We also provide Managed Offices. What are managed offices I hear you ask? We would describe it as serviced office space but without the “bells and whistles”. This means all our offices are fully furnished with all the telcoms and IT infrastructure pre-installed. And because there are no on-site staff or receptionist facilities, no photocopying or administrative areas, our clients will only pay for the space they are using and not for staff that they might not use.
